Delivery and returns

Each piece is made bespoke especially for you so we are unable to accept returns. In the unlikely event of a product being damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible and within 3 weeks of receipt. We will send a return label and make you a replacement without delay.

The lead-time can be up to three weeks. Please contact us to check curent lead time or if you need a faster turnaround and we will do our best to accommodate.

International customs clearance

All international deliveries may be subject to customs charges and will be payable by the customer. Please check these before placing an order. Unpaid customs charges are likely to result in your order being returned to Coldharbour Lights and you will need to pay redelivery charges. 


We will happily send you free feather samples to check product colours ahead of making a purchase. Please get in touch to request your samples.
