The E27 Edison large screw socket is an international standard for both Europe and the USA. UL listed fittings available for US customers.

All of our feather lamp shades are very easy to clean. 

For the Classic Collection we recommend using a damp cloth to gently wipe the feathers. 

For the Rio Collection we recommend using either a vacuum cleaner or a hair dryer on a cool setting.

Alternatively, you can remove the shade, take it outside and give it a good shake. Remember that feathers are ‘designed’ to be durable and water resistant. The only danger of damage comes from putting weight on the feathers and breaking their spines.

All products are handmade to order, which can take 3 weeks, sometimes less, so please be patient; it will be worth the wait. We will send tracking details by email when your order is ready to ship.

All deliveries are trackable and insured for the transit from dispatch to the delivery address.

Coldharbour Lights ships globally. Please note European and international deliveries are likely to be subject to customs charges and import duties. These charges will be the responsibility of the recipient. The customs office will contact the purchase to arrange payment before delivery.

Returns of Ceiling Light Pendant E27

All made to order products are non-refundable, unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival. If we agree to a return, the customer will cover the associated costs for the safe return. This includes insurance and original packaging the product arrived in.

If a product arrives broken, we will offer a refund and pay it once we have the item back. Coldharbour Lights will organise a safe return delivery in this unlikely case. We will also organise a replacement as a matter of priority
